How to unsubscribe

Email our customer care team to cancel. One message is all it takes.

  2. Get confirmation

    Our team replies to confirm that your subscription has been stopped.

  3. You are unsubscribed

    Billing ends and no further charges are made to your card.

Refund policy

If something went wrong with a charge, you can ask us for a refund within the window below.

30days to request a refund

  • You can request a refund within 30 days of the charge you want refunded.
  • Send your request to help@immersi-x.com from the email address linked to your subscription.
  • Include the date of the charge and the email address you subscribed with, so we can find your account quickly.
  • Every request is reviewed individually by our customer care team.
  • Approved refunds are returned to the card that was originally charged.
  • Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not refund charges that were already made, so request those separately.
